Binding Arbitration

By using Swift DNA’s services, you agree that any disputes or claims related to the services will be resolved exclusively through confidential, final, and binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action or proceeding.

Service Overview

Swift DNA provides legal DNA testing services, including paternity, maternity, sibling, and immigration testing referrals. All tests are conducted following full chain-of-custody procedures to ensure results are court-admissible.

Appointment and Testing Locations

All testing is by appointment only and conducted at secure, mutually agreed-upon public locations within Columbus, Texas, and surrounding areas.
Swift DNA does not provide in-home testing or meet clients at private residences.

Payment and Pricing

Payments are due at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change; clients will be notified of any changes prior to booking.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Fees paid are generally non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Identification and Consent

All individuals tested must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of collection.

Clients must provide accurate personal information and have legal authority to submit samples on behalf of others, including minors.

Test Results

Results will be released only to the purchasing party unless written authorization is provided.

Swift DNA is not responsible for how results are used after delivery.

Results are intended for legal purposes only. Final acceptance is at the discretion of relevant courts or agencies.

Privacy and Data Security

Swift DNA values your privacy and safeguards all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All genetic information is handled with strict confidentiality and secure data practices.

Limitations of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.

Swift DNA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Swift DNA website and related materials is the property of Swift DNA and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and follow all collection instructions.

You confirm you are legally authorized to request and provide DNA samples.

You agree not to use test results for unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Texas courts unless subject to arbitration as stated above.

Changes to Terms

Swift DNA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
