Cancellation and Refund Policies

At Swift DNA, we value your time and understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies below:

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment location and time is considered a no-show.

🔁 Rescheduling

You may reschedule one time at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Additional reschedules may incur a $15 administrative fee.

💳 Refunds

Full refunds (minus Stripe processing fees) are issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued once the DNA sample has been collected and sent to the lab.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

We want to be transparent about how payments work. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted payment platform. Please note that Stripe charges a small processing fee on each transaction, which is non-refundable.

If you cancel an appointment, any refund issued may be subject to this processing fee. For full details about Stripe’s fees, please view their fee schedule here.

Service Area Policy

We primarily serve our local area and reserve the right to decline appointments outside our preferred travel zone. While we may accommodate nearby surrounding areas, all travel outside our core service area is handled at our discretion. We consider factors such as distance, travel time, and our existing schedule. We do not guarantee service to all locations. If you’re outside our usual area, please contact us before placing an order.
